The agency was
founded in 2003 by Dianne Gleason, who has more
than 15 years of experience creating and managing
marketing communications programs for a diverse
array of companies in the technology, consumer goods,
health sciences, not-for-profit, and professional
service sectors.
The name evolved from “on fire” in Spanish,
which speaks to the many stages a company goes through
-- from lighting the fire to keeping it aflame to
rekindling and, on occasion, to needing to put fires
out. |
